How Wellnolio handles Apple Health records, reports, and this website.
Your health data stays local
Wellnolio processes selected Apple Health records on your device and stores notes and saved reports locally. We do not collect or store your health records, reports, or profile information on our servers. The app has no account registration, advertising SDKs, or behavioral analytics. Apple Health syncing and device backups are controlled by your Apple settings; exported copies are controlled by you and the services you choose.
You control access
The app requests read-only access to the metrics you select. It does not modify or delete original Apple Health records. Access can be managed through Apple Health.
Reports are yours to share
Only when you choose to export or share a report does it leave the app. The app or service you send it to manages that copy under its own policies.
Local app data
Notes, saved report snapshots, source preferences, and exclusions are stored locally. You can clear app data in Settings. Clearing app data does not delete Apple Health records, purchases, or copies you previously exported.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. Wellnolio uses verified StoreKit transactions to determine your Pro access; it does not receive your payment card details.
This website
This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page views, interactions, referral information, and browser or device information. Website analytics does not access your Apple Health records or locally stored app reports. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its data handling. Your browser also sends technical information, such as your IP address, to the hosting provider, which may keep access logs.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond and resolve your request. Email is handled by our email provider. We retain correspondence only as needed for support or applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending health records unless necessary. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.
